Communicara AB är ett dotterbolag till non-profit organisationen Communicare. Vi har över 15 års erfarenhet av att lotsa individer i olika situationer in i det svenska arbetslivet eller till studier. För oss är det viktigt att sätta den enskilda individens behov i centrum. Vi riktar oss speciellt till dig som är från Eritrea eller pratar Tigrinja, Amarinja och Engelska, då vi har etableringslots som själv kommer från ditt land och har etablerat sig i Sverige. Vi erbjuder tjänsten etableringslots i hela Värmland samt i Karlskoga. Varmt välkommen till Sverige och Communicara!

Metodik:
För att påskynda den nyanländes etablering på arbetsmarknaden kommer vi att använda de nätverk och kontakter som företaget har inom olika sektorer. Vi kommer att utgå från den nyanländes kompetens och sedan söka kontakt med företag som matchar den profilen.

Utöver den utbildning i samhällsorientering som kommunen erbjuder, kommer vi att ge den nyanlände praktisk vägledning i hur samhället fungerar både i grupp och enskilt i samarbete med olika studieförbund, myndigheter och företag, Arbetsförmedling, Försäkringskassan, vården, skola, migrationsverket, skatteverket, Röda korset, försäkringsbolag och banker.

Via coachning ta fram individens styrkor och bygga självförtroende och motivation hos deltagaren. För oss är tillgängligheten mycket viktig i alla tänkbara frågor som kan dyka upp.

Vi kommer att använda meritportfölj för att sammanställa personens hela yrkeshistoria i syfte att klargöra den kompetens som förutsätter steg framåt i arbetslivet. Meritportföljen ska innehålla: Personlig presentation/personligt brev, CV, Utbildnings- och betygsdokument, utbildningsbevis, intyg för genomförd validering, översatta utbildningsdokument från hemlandet, anställningsbevis, intyg om yrkesprövning, översatta anställningsdokument från hemlandet samt övrig kompetens.

Vår samordnare för lotsuppdraget har via Eritreanska föreningen i Karlstad arbetat med att lotsa nyanlända eritreaner in i det svenska samhället under lång tid.

Personalens utbildning:
Flertalet av personalen på Communicara har flerårig erfarenhet av arbete i olika arbetsmarknadsprojekt som Communicara drivit. De har även en varierade akademisk bakgrund med studier i bland annat statskunskap, nationalekonomi, sociologi, pedagogik och operativt personalarbete med mera. Personalen på Communicara har tidigare arbetat som lärare inom grundskolan inom samhällsorienterande ämnen, handläggare på arbetsförmedlingen, butikschef, tolk med mera.

Service Statement

Introduction
Communicara AB is a subsidiary to the non-profit organization Communicare. We have over 15 years of experience to guide individuals in different situations in the Swedish working life or studies. For us it is important to put the individual’s needs at the center. We target specifically at people who are from Eritrea or talk Tigrinya, Amarinja and English, as we have established a pilot who himself comes from your country and have established themselves in Sweden. We offer service introduction guide throughout Värmland and in Karlskoga. Welcome to Sweden and Communicara!

Methodology:
To accelerate the new arrivals establishment in the labor market, we will use the networks and contacts that the company has in various sectors. We will build on the new arrivals skills and then get in touch with companies that match that profile.

In addition to the education of social studies as the municipality offers, we will give the new arrival with practical guidance in how society works both in groups and individually, in cooperation with various educational, government agencies and enterprises, the Public Employment Service, the Social Insurance Agency, healthcare, education, immigration office, tax office, the Red Cross , insurance companies and banks.

Using coaching, we want to develop the individual’s strengths and build self-confidence and motivation of the participant. For us, the availability can be very important in all kinds of questions that may arise.

We will use the Merit portfolio in order to compile the person’s professional history in order to clarify the skills required step forward in the workplace. Merit portfolio should contain: Personal presentation / cover letter, CV, training and final grades, diplomas, certificates for completion of validation, translated educational documents from home, employment certificate, certificate of professional examination, translated appointment documents from home and other skills.

Our coordinator for the pilot assignment, through Eritrean Association in Karlstad worked to pilot the newly arrived Eritreans into the Swedish society for a long time.

Staff training:
Most of the staff at Communicara has several years experience working in various employment projects Communicara run. They also have a varied academic background with studies including political science, economics, sociology, education and operational personnel work, and more. The staff at Communicara has previously worked as a teacher in primary school in social studies, program officer at the employment office, store manager, interpreter, and more.
